A prescription error of just 0.25 diopters is the line between glasses that feel effortless and glasses that give you a headache every evening.

Optical X's opticians have built their skill over 3 real generations of hands-on experience — aligning the frame to the pupil line, adjusting progressive-lens angles, precision lens edging, and bending the frame for a comfortable fit. None of this can be measured off a chart; it comes from trained eyes and hands that know a difference of just 1 millimeter decides everything about a pair of glasses. No matter how precise the eye exam, without accurate fitting and frame alignment a truly great pair of glasses can never be made.

A complete eye exam at Optical X takes about 30–45 minutes. It covers prescription measurement, Binocular Vision testing with a Nidek RT-6100, and lens recommendations matched to your eyes and lifestyle.

We recommend booking ahead via LINE @opxrv to reserve your slot and cut down wait time, but walk-ins are welcome too, depending on the day's queue — the quietest window is right after we open, 11:00–13:00 on weekdays.

Pricing depends on the lens tier and frame you choose, ranging from Entry level up to fully personalized Premium Freeform Progressive. See full package details on the Package page, or ask us on LINE before booking.

Standard lenses take 1–3 days. Specialty lenses — such as Freeform Progressive or very high prescriptions — may take 5–7 days. Our team will always confirm the exact pickup date before you order.

It depends on the package you choose. Some packages already include eye-health screening with a Fundus Camera and Cataract Screener. Ask us on LINE before booking, or check the Package page for details.

Optical X Vision Care Center is located at Riverside Plaza, 2nd Floor, 257/6 Charoen Nakhon Road, Thonburi, Bangkok 10600. Open every day, 11:00–20:00, no days off.
